What if I don’t like the scent I bought?
We do our best to give detailed descriptions of each candle. Unfortunately, we will not be able to take returns unless you are local and your candle has not been burned yet. You can bring it to our studio during studio hours and exchange it
How long will my order take to ship?
We will get your order shipped within 3-4 days of you order being placed. You will receive an email with the tracking number. During the summer we only ship on Monday to avoid candles melting in transit. We no longer offer local pick up at this time. Check out our instagram to stay up to date on our in person shopping hours!
What is in your candles?
Check out our About Us page for more information regarding the contents of our candles! Creating candles that are safe to burn in your home is our #1 priority!
What if my candle arrives damaged?
We do our best to safely package our candles. However, if your candle arrives damaged please take pictures of the candle and packaging and email us at support@livingalbright.com and we will send you a replacement! Please keep the damaged candle and the packaging, this helps us process the insurance claim!
